Utica provided a $3.5 million capital lease to a company engaged in roadway repair and maintenance, traffic control, and barricade rentals and sales, They have served the state of Texas for over 20 years. The capital lease was secured by their construction equipment, including over 200 titled assets which gave them sufficient working capital to refinance existing debt, run operations and grow.
